Professional Agricultural Rodent Management

Get in Touch

Effective Control

Tailored programmes designed to reduce rodent populations, not simply maintain bait stations.

Practical Prevention

Advice on proofing, hygiene and environmental improvements to reduce future infestations.

Audit-Ready Records

Clear, accurate documentation to support inspections, compliance and complete traceability.

A Smarter Approach to Rodent Management

Effective rodent management starts with understanding why rodents are present—not simply replacing bait.

Every agricultural business is different. Feed storage, livestock, surrounding habitat and seasonal changes all influence rodent activity.

We begin by identifying why rodents are present before designing a management programme tailored specifically to your premises.

Every visit includes an assessment of activity, proofing opportunities, harbourage, bait performance and changing risks, ensuring your programme continues to deliver effective, long-term control.

Real Client Success

Agricultural Feed & Livestock Business – Herefordshire

The Challenge

A long-established agricultural business operating across three sites was experiencing persistent rodent activity despite having an existing rodent management programme in place.

Our Investigation

Our inspection identified several factors that were allowing rodent activity to persist. Laboratory testing confirmed resistance to two commonly used rodenticides, allowing us to develop a more effective treatment programme.

Our Solution

  • Redesigned the rodent management programme.
  • Repositioned bait stations based on activity.
  • Selected a wheat-based bait to match the available food source.
  • Introduced ongoing monitoring and trend analysis.

The Outcome

Within the first three weeks, more than 4 kg of bait was consumed, confirming the new programme was being readily accepted. As rodent numbers declined, bait consumption reduced steadily, demonstrating the programme's effectiveness. The site moved from corrective treatment to a stable monitoring programme with no ongoing visible rodent activity.
